He came the next day, on time, looked it over with me and made some good suggestions, and then was able to schedule the work for early the following week once I said yes to his estimate that he sent the day after the consult. It was very easy to work with him throughout and he was conscientious about notifying me when he couldn't come for a couple of days due to a personal issue (not a problem). We're very happy with the work he did, and the whole process was super-smooth. Plus, as another reviewer pointed out, he's just a really nice guy. So hire him already!"
